What Happened?

So what exactly happened that had Chris And Sam down Friday, all weekend and most of Monday? They told me that that we needed to move to a new computer to fix a problem. They told me that there would be no "down time" (that's computer speak for it will keep working, don't worry about it). I tried and tried and tried to get them to make it work again. What else can I say? Oh well, it is finally over. Play a game, click a link, everything should be back to normal now.
